Procuro, a Delaware Corporation was co-founded by Vincent P. Gordon, CEO and Bernard P. Lee, former CTO in April 2001. Mr. Gordon and Mr. Lee created Procuro, to provide an affordable operational monitoring and management solution targeting the small and medium business (SMB) market.

Procuro’s ground breaking product PIMM™ (Personal Information Management Monitor) has the look and feel of an instant messaging buddy group – however, instead of managing communications with your friends and families, PIMM™ buddy groups manages a company’s operational resources.

PIMM™ was designed and developed for the non-computer-savvy employee – a fast and friendly tool that filters out the pertinent information. PIMM™ is a software based logistics system which provides practical and affordable supply chain solutions across a variety of industries including but not limited to food service, retail, distribution, pharmaceutical, bio-tech, building management, IT management, etc.

Vincent P. Gordon
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Vincent P. Gordon, Co-founded Procuro in 2001. Prior to Procuro, Mr. Gordon held the position of Sr. Vice President, Corporate Operations for SkyDesk, Inc. Mr. Gordon has over 36 years experience in the information systems, telecommunications industry, start-up and early stage companies.

Mr. Gordon joined the IBM Corp. (1978 – 1990) where he held various management positions in IS and Telecom marketing working closely with IBM/ROLM, MCI Communications and some of IBM’s largest telecommunications customers.

Mr. Gordon also held the position of CEO for Hainan Phoenix Information Systems and spent six years developing the China Travel Network (a national travel and tourism network) in the People’s Republic of China. The China Travel Network utilized a combination of traditional fiber and copper wired service as well as microwave and satellite technologies.

From May 1998 to December 1999, Mr. Gordon was engaged by SkyLynx Communications, Inc. a regional Internet Service Provider where he had responsibility for the development and deployment of the Company’s product and service offerings, which include product positioning; product development, marketing, sales, support and customer service.

Steve Clark
Chief Technical Officer

Mr. Clark joined the Company in October 2004. Before joining Procuro, Mr. Clark held a variety of senior engineering and management positions at Avianta Professional Services, Intuit, Eventropy Corp., Netscape/DigitalStyle and Xerox/Chrystal Software.

Mr. Clark has over twenty-four (24) years of hands-on experience in the IT industry and software development. He has been heavily involved in all aspects of the design, architecture, development, quality assurance testing, and deployment of a variety of high-end software applications on all of the major platforms. Most notably, Mr. Clark was a senior software architect responsible for key portions of the Mozilla web browsing system, which is the core technology powering web browsers and other applications from Netscape, AOL, and Mozilla.

Mr. Clark holds a B.A., Computer Science, with an emphasis in human-computer interaction including a variety of post-graduate courses and research in Computer Science and Cognitive Science.

Thomas J. Gordon
President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Gordon is responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Service & Support for Procuro worldwide.

From 2009–2014, Mr. Gordon was responsible for Procuro’s EMEA operations, based in Munich, Germany, where he oversees all business activity in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Mr. Gordon re-joined the Procuro team in June 2009 after interning for Procuro for nearly eight years in a variety of customer service and technical support roles from 2001-2007.

In 2007-09, he briefly held the position of Head of Acquisitions for NWH Management, LLC, a commercial real estate company focused on the development and acquisition of hotel properties.

Mr. Gordon holds Bachelors of Arts Degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX.

Juan Carlos Lau
Vice President of Global Operations & Partnerships

Originally from Valencia Venezuela, Juan Carlos Lau joined Procuro in 2005. Mr. Lau holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Systems, a Web Management Certification, and Cisco Certified Network Associate & Professional Courses.

Prior to Procuro, Mr. Lau held a Management position in the restaurant business for approximately two years. With over twenty (20) years of hands-on operational experience in the Computer and Networking industries, combined with the Food Service industry experience, Juan Carlos has been able to bring his knowledge to the company’s day-to-day operations.

Mr. Lau oversees all Global Operations including our network and data infrastructure around the globe. In addition, Mr. Lau leads our Global Partnership program.

Mark Holtze
Director of Mobility Platform Development

Mr. Holtze is responsible for the development of the PIMM™ and iPIMM™ Mobility platforms worldwide.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Holtze joined Procuro in 2004 and was instrumental in developing our core applications for Cold Chain Management.

Mr. Holtze holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and has extensive and diverse experience building modern software including databases, server programs, web clients, and mobile applications. Mr. Holtze has applied his knowledge to build Procuro’s systems across a wide ecosystem of technologies and applications. Today, Mr. Holtze is focusing his knowledge and skill to forge the technology that will power Procuro’s next generation of mobility applications into the future.

Enrique Alvarez
Vice President of Operational Logistics

Mr. Alvarez is responsible for our Service & Support Division, which provides our customers with installation, implementation, training, usability and technical support.

Mr. Alvarez also heads up our Consultation Services Program for Cold Chain Management (CCM) best practices and processes.

Mr. Alvarez holds a B.S. in Business Administration – High Technology Management from California State University – San Marcos.

Prior to Procuro, Mr. Alvarez held a Management position in the Food Service industry for 10 years, gaining first-hand experience in Cold Chain Management, Temperature Management, and Customer Service processes.

Richard Falkowski
Director of Sales, Americas

Mr. Falkowski is responsible for our Sales Organization in the Americas where he oversees all business activity in Canada, Unites States, Mexico, Latin America and South America.

Mr. Falkowski holds a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Finance and Operations Management Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst Isenberg School of Management.

Mr. Falkowski started his career with the country’s largest building and construction material distributor, BlueLinx, Corp, formally a division of Georgia Pacific. With a focus on the growth of specialty goods, Mr. Falkowski served as a Product Code Specialists and Account Manager contributing to the highest grossing region in the company.

Mr. Falkowski left Bluelinx, Corp. to open his own Recreation Sales and Design firm. Mr. Falkowski sold his firm and joined Procuro, Inc. in 2010 where he has served as National Account Manager overseeing New Customer Development and Current Customer Relationships. Mr. Falkowski now serves as Director of Sales with a focus on Procuro’s entrance into the “fleet Management” market.

Jessica Abbott
Director of Corporate Finance

Ms. Abbott is responsible for corporate finance and regulatory compliance for the company worldwide.

Ms. Abbott joined the Procuro team in 2010, after moving to San Diego from Chapel Hill, North Carolina.  She came to Procuro with over a decade of experience in corporate finance, where she has worked as both an independent consultant and as a full-time employee.  In Chapel Hill, Ms. Abbott was the Controller for Yankelovich, Inc. (now known as The Futures Company), a large marketing research company, with operations worldwide.  As a consultant, she worked in the software and medical supplies industries, and managed finances for several not-for-profit entities located in the Southern California area.  Her financial expertise includes Mergers & Acquisitions, budgeting and analysis, monthly financial reporting and accounting systems conversions.

Ms. Abbott holds an MBA, with a concentration in Finance and Marketing, from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flagler School of Business.  Additionally, she maintains two undergraduate degrees: a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a Finance concentration, from Elon University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from North Carolina Wesleyan College.

Jeff Cook
Director of Business Development

Jeff has 28 years working in consumer products sales, marketing and product development along with management in food manufacturing, food-service and supply chain process-improvement. Mr. Cook has an extensive background in advising and working with leading food manufactures, restaurant chains and food-service distributors on understanding and improving their perishable supply chain. Jeff is National Restaurant Association, Serve Safe® certified and understands the needs of the food-service industry.

His knowledge of quality assurance, food safety, regulatory control and process-improvement is a vital key in understanding, documenting, controlling and improving one’s perishable supply chain (in-bound and outbound). Mr. Cook can assist with reviewing, planning and executing in-plant temperature taking, real-time temperature facility monitoring and in-transit temperatures and GPS location tracking.

Mr. Cook has experience in developing real-time telematics programs to assist in managing any company’s transportation needs for their trailers, trucks, drivers and 3rd party logistic operators.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of Iowa, school of business (Marketing) in 1987.

Natalya Gordon
Director, Corporate Accounting & Administration

Ms. Gordon is responsible for all financial and administrative operations for the company worldwide.

Ms. Gordon joined the Procuro team in 2015, after working for Employment and Community Options, a San Diego not-for-profit organization. She came to Procuro with over five years of corporate accounting and bookkeeping experience. Her financial expertise includes audits, bookkeeping, compliance and financial reporting.

Ms. Gordon holds a degree in Accounting & Bookkeeping from Miramar College, San Diego, CA. Additionally, she earned an undergraduate degree in Economics & Auditing from Tver State University, Tver, Russia.

Bernard Lee
Co-Founder & Technical Advisor

Co-founded Procuro in 2001. Mr. Lee also co-founded Automaton Ltd., a Microsoft Solution Provider Partner in Hong Kong, which turned profitable just 18 months after initial registration in 1993. Mr. Lee has 25 years of extensive and diversified background in Systems and Network Architecture, Systems Analysis and Programming, Data Centers, Operation and Consulting. His former responsibilities include Director of Systems Architecture of SkyDesk, Inc. since December 1999, Chief Internet Architect of SkyLynx Communications Inc. (Sept. 98’–Dec 99’), Founder and Principal Consultant of Automaton Ltd. (1993–1998), Principal Consultant of Legend Expert Systems Ltd. (1988– 1992), and various other positions in the Broadcasting, Finance, and Automotive and Education industries.

During his tenures he consulted for many of the prominent media, publishing and finance companies in Asia. He also worked with Microsoft Asia Pacific as Associate Consultant and Global Knowledge Networks as Associate Trainer for Visual C++, Java and Visual Interdev. Mr. Lee frequently spoke in public seminars held by Microsoft, Compaq, Digital and the Hong Kong Economic Post, and has published technical articles and papers both in Asia and in Europe.

Mr. Lee holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from University of British Columbia, and an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from The University of Washington. He is a lifetime member of the Golden Key National Honors Society, a member of Mensa in the Hong Kong Chapter, a Microsoft Certified Professional and a Novell Certified Netware Engineer.

Investor, Company Independent Director

Mr. Bateman, a recognized business leader in San Diego , CA for over 25 years was the co-founder Price Club in 1976. He served as Vice Chairman and CFO at Price Club until 1991. Over the past ten years, Mr. Bateman concentrated on investing and advising private and public businesses where he participated as a board member of companies like Cheap Tickets Inc. (Honolulu, HI); CompUSA Inc. (Dallas); Arcoms Inc. (San Diego, CA); and Corporate Express Inc. (Denver, CO). Mr. Bateman has a BA degree in law from Oxford and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Campbell began his career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells in Calgary, Canada before moving to Southern California. Mr. Campbell has over 20+ years of senior-level financial, operating, and general management experience at companies like Science Applications International Corp. (SAIC), NADEK Computer Systems, Simulation Sciences, COSCAN Development Corp.

Richard’s qualifications include cash management, banking, debt management, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, financial reporting, planning and analysis, budgeting, cost and general accounting, cost reduction, performance and profit improvement, contract management, and IT management.
