CONTINUOUS TEMP MONITORING (PIMM™ CTM)

The PIMM™ Continuous Temp Monitoring (PIMM™ CTM) program is the first monitoring program of its kind that allows distributors to share specific temperature performance data with their customer’s / brand owners without sharing every detail of their operations.

Our system provides instant feedback and alerts to allow distributors to properly manage their air temperatures across their refrigerated fleet. When an excessive temperature violation occurs, the system can project the damage on the underlying products with the use of the PIMM™ PPT simulated product temperature. .

SHIPMENT REGISTRATION – COMPLIANCE, TRACEABILITY & VISIBILITY

PIMM™ Supplier Delivery solutions provide an integrated supply chain solution for End to End Visibility, Traceability & FSMA Compliance. Our system captures and identities product traceability characteristics; compliance inspections for quality and safety; temperature control for product storage and transport; and visibility throughout the supply chain.

PIMM™ SuD allows real-time access, for all supply chain partners, to every shipment by GTIN; LOT ID; PO Number; Supplier Name; and/or Product Name/Number.

PRODUCT PROFILES

You no longer have to program data loggers for “Fresh” or “Frozen”. PIMM™ creates a unique profile for each product that includes temperature thresholds, alerts, notifications and corrective actions.

Since you don’t have to program individual tags, you can now use any PIMM™ LogTag for any load to any customer.

IN-TIME VS. REAL-TIME LOGGERS

PIMM™ SuD accepts data on an in-time or real-time basis using the same User Interface. The user should choose the logger that best supports their environment. For example, frozen loads can be monitored with a PIMM™ LogTag (In-Time Logger) vs. a more perishable sensitive product like produce or berries may be better suited for a PIMM™ AirTag (Real-Time Logger).

Real-Time Loggers like the PIMM™ AirTag and PIMM™ TMC provide an extra layer of quality and security by providing real-time notifications during transit. This allows the plant, carrier and distributor to have advanced warnings in order to initiate corrective actions during transit.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

PIMM™ SuD also supports a shipment-tracking feature that provides the GPS location of the 3rd party carrier during transit. The system will automatically detect if a shipment will be late so the receiver can make alternate plans if they have a product shortage issue.

Once the shipment arrives at the receiving location, the system also provides a “CSI-like” function that identifies where and when the shipment may have been thermally abused.

SHIPMENT RATINGS

PIMM™ automatically uploads the temperature data by simply placing the PIMM™ LogTag in its USB cradle. The shipment data is then analyzed and given a grade or rating. Any shipment that has a “D” or “F” will be automatically flagged for inspection.

All shipment data, ratings and reports are dynamically shared with all authorized supply chain partners.

PROJECTED PRODUCT TEMPS (PIMM™ PPT)

The key benefit of our PIMM™ PPT simulated temperature is that it is regenerated with each new air temperature reading we receive any logger device. Our default setup is to receive and recalculate PPT every five minutes. This allows our system to be predictive and warn our distributor customers of a potential temperature incident before it becomes a food quality or safety risk.

Each shipment is rated for both Air Temp Quality and Product Temp Quality. PIMM™ PPT displays the impact of the environmental conditions (air temps) on the product temperatures.

SHELF LIFE PREDICTOR

PIMM™ Analytics and PIMM™ PPT

Our PIMM™ Analytics (AI engine) system has access to all of the product data throughout the distribution process. The storage and shipment data is analyzed by our AI engine in PIMM™ PPT – it is then re-analyzed with the product specification and traceability data to determine the number of “Lost Days” of shelf Life. The last calculation is to apply the number of “Lost “Days” to the “Sell by Date” which will determine the new Estimate Shelf Life Date.
