Procuro, Inc., a Delaware Corporation was co-founded by Vincent P. Gordon, CEO and Bernard P. Lee, former CTO, in April 2001. Procuro is a software and services company that specializes in Cold Chain Management solutions for the Food, Pharma and Chemical industries. Procuro offers a series of Software as a Service (SaaS) offerings under the PIMM™/iPIMM™ brand which provide cold chain monitoring, product traceability and end to end visibility for our customers and their supply chain partners.
As a software solution provider (not a hardware company) we strive on developing new applications to help our customers monitor and improve all aspects of their cold chain. Many of our applications were inspired by our current customers to alleviate the common headaches they experience in their day-to-day operations. Our mission is to automate, intelligently notify and provide practical analysis regarding our customers operations.
Procuro, Inc. has a world-wide presence with offices in San Diego, USA (HQ), Dublin, Ireland and Guangzhou, China.

He has re-joined Procuro in 2018 having worked in several other operational roles, most recently in Microsoft’s Data Centres. He has a strong background in electrical applications, IT Support and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics.

Accounts Manager, Procuro Euro LimitedFinbarr Kennelly is responsible for all Financial and Administrative Operations in EMEA. He joined the Procuro team in 2015 having previously worked in the Food, Telecommunications and Hardware sectors. He also serves as a non-executive Director with Ervia, the Irish semi-state Company responsible for national gas and water infrastructure.
Finbarr is a CIMA qualified Accountant.

Mr. Gordon has over 36 years experience in the information systems, telecommunications industry, start-up and early stage companies.
Mr. Gordon joined the IBM Corp. (1978 – 1990) where he held various management positions in IS and Telecom marketing working closely with IBM/ROLM, MCI Communications and some of IBM’s largest telecommunications customers.

Mark Emman Kusumi
Managing Developer, PIMM Software DevelopmentMark Emman Kusumi joined Procuro in 2013 and is currently responsible for managing PIMM Software Development – a team of developers dedicated on developing the iPIMM™ mobile applications.
Mr. Kusumi holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering and has diverse experience on building applications for different mobile platforms.

Juan Carlos Lau
Vice President, Global Operations & PartnershipsOriginally from Valencia Venezuela, Juan Carlos Lau joined Procuro in 2005. Mr. Lau holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Computer Systems, a Web Management Certification, and Cisco Certified Network Associate & Professional Courses.
Prior to Procuro, Mr. Lau held a Management position in the restaurant business for approximately two years. With over twenty (20) years of hands-on operational experience in the Computer and Networking industries, combined with the Food Service industry experience, Juan Carlos has been able to bring his knowledge to the company’s day-to-day operations.

Bernard Lee

Mr. Lee has 25 years of extensive and diversified background in Systems and Network Architecture, Systems Analysis and Programming, Data Centers, Operation and Consulting.

He served as Vice Chairman and CFO at Price Club until 1991. President & Chief Operating OfficerMr. Gordon is responsible for all Sales, Marketing, Implementation and Customer Service & Support for Procuro worldwide.
From 2009–2014, Mr. Gordon was responsible for Procuro’s EMEA operations, based in Munich, Germany, where he oversees all business activity in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Mr. Gordon re-joined the Procuro team in June 2009 after interning for Procuro for nearly eight years in a variety of customer service and technical support roles from 2001-2007.
